Answers
Start with the basics.
These answers explain the service without promising values that can change by country, account type, or active configuration.
Getting started
Create an account, add your contact details, save or enter a service address, then start a pickup request. The workspace keeps your request status and history in one place.
No. A clean suitable container is enough to start collecting cooled used cooking oil. If collection tools are available for your request, the pickup flow will show the relevant options.
Collection and pickup
Maltero does not charge a pickup fee for accepted used-cooking-oil requests. The request form checks quantity, address, and scheduling rules before the request is submitted.
Maltero collects the prepared used cooking oil and records the measured handoff in your account.
Keep the oil sealed and ready for handoff unless your request instructions say otherwise. Location-specific instructions should come from your account request, not from a general public page.
Measurement and exchange
The collected amount is measured during handoff and recorded against your request so your account reflects the completed collection.
Exchange eligibility and amounts follow the active Maltero rules for your country and account type. Your request and account views are the safest place to check the current values.
Exchange timing and eligibility depend on current program rules and the status shown in your account.
Jar, funnel, and tools
A collection kit may include practical tools such as a jar, funnel, or sealed container for cooled used oil. Availability and limits depend on the current request rules.
Let the oil cool first, then pour slowly into a clean suitable container. Keep the container sealed until pickup.
Account and tracking
Sign in to your account to view request history, pickup status, and measured collection updates.
Yes. Sign in, open saved addresses, and update the address before using it for a new request. Existing submitted requests should be checked from their detail page.
Sign in and open the request detail first. The current status will show whether the request can still be edited, cancelled, or followed up through support.
Availability and contact
Maltero is focused on local used cooking oil collection. Availability can depend on country configuration, address coverage, schedule, holidays, and operational exceptions.
Use the contact page to choose the right support path. For request-specific help, sign in so support can work from the same pickup, bottle, address, or account context.
